January marked the debut of our new club magazine, TreeLines.  Building upon the tradition of our club newsletter, TreeLines is taking it to a new level, with the same excellent content but with a new look.  It covers all the club news plus informative genealogy features in a colorful and polished format.

The Trilogy Genealogy Club Recognition Program

Our new Member Recognition Program is dedicated to honoring the achievements, contributions, and dedication of our members. This program reflects our deep appreciation for those who support our mission to preserve and share family history.

The goal is simple yet meaningful: to recognize the time, talent, and heart our members invest in genealogical research and club involvement. Through annual awards and acknowledgments, the program aims to inspire continued engagement and foster a stronger sense of community within our club.

The Recognition Program was officially launched at the December membership meeting. Honorees are celebrated with a brief story or highlight about their contributions, and featured in our TreeLines club magazine.

ANCESTOR HOUR!

January marked the inaugural meeting of our new monthly program, Ancestor Hour, and it was met with great participation and enthusiasm.  Held from 12 noon 'til 1:00, before our regular monthly meetings in the Center for Higher Learning, it is an informal gathering that offers a relaxed space where members can ask questions, share research tips, and revisit or expand on topics from previous meetings. It’s perfect for members of all experience levels—whether you're just starting out or have years of family research under your belt. Ancestor Hour helps members stay connected, especially if they missed a prior meeting. It encourages collaboration, builds relationships, and strengthens our club’s sense of community.

We’re always seeking volunteer facilitators and mentors who are willing to help guide discussions or offer informal advice. If you're interested, please let us know!
