YOU DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT A NEW MEMBERSHIP FORM.     
(But if you have any updates
to the surnames, countries and states
that are the focus of your research,
this form is the place to let us know!)

There is an online option for paying membership dues.  
Payments can be made using Zelle, direct from your bank.
